The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill on page one, by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:
"A Bill to amend and reenact sections §5A-6-49 and §18B-3-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to donation and transfer of surplus computers; authorizing Chief Technology Officer to create and establish donation program to schools and low-income school children; collaboration with certain agencies and private industries; exempting state computers to be donated from surplus property; and expanding number of higher education institutions authorized to create computer and computer equipment donation program."
